Read a Road Map Day
(Not a job for the ladies!)
Just imagine,
in a few years,
kids won’t know
what a paper road map was!
The only road maps they’ll know
will be the talking
computer versions
stuck to the dashboard
of their parent’s cars
or their smart-phone versions!
I never realised that the old maps
would soon become antique items!
I feel pretty special,
knowing I have several
“antiques”
in my possession!
I feel pretty old and anxious,
knowing that I have officially
reached the
“When I was young...”
days!
Go dig out some old maps
and plan a road trip!
