Choc Covered Cashew Day
Do you remember the rule?
If it’s covered in chocolate,
I’ll celebrate it...
(almost always!!
Don’t forget that I refused
to celebrate
Choc coated raisin day....
and I have lived in Thailand,
so I know there are
some crazy foods out there...
and just coating them
in chocolate would not
make them taste
any better!)
Question...
do I have to melt chocolate
and dip cashews
in the melted chocolate,
or...
could I just have chocolate
and cashews together?

If you melt the chocolate, there is always some left in the bowl needing to be licked clean! Therefore it makes you feel like you're getting more, even though you aren't really!
